Service Agreement

All renovation projects require a signed contract detailing scope, timeline, and payment terms.

Payment Terms

Payment schedules are outlined in each project contract. Typically, 30% deposit, 40% at midpoint, and 30% upon completion.

Project Changes

Any changes to the project scope must be documented in a change order with associated costs.

Warranty Coverage

All work is covered under our standard warranty policy. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing.

Property Access

Homeowners must provide reasonable access to the property during working hours.

Limitation of Liability

Specialty Home Decor shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

5-Year Structural Warranty

Covers all structural elements including foundation, load-bearing walls, and roof structure against defects in materials and workmanship.

2-Year Labor Warranty

Covers all installation work against defects in workmanship for two years from project completion.

Material Manufacturer Warranty

All materials installed are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties, which we pass on to you.

What's Covered:

• Structural defects

• Water damage from our installations

What's Not Covered:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from misuse or neglect
• Natural disasters
• Modifications by others
